At Wild Woolys Racing, we stand behind the quality of our shirts and sweatshirts and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

 

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Free from any signs of use, damage, or odor

• In original condition with tags (if applicable)

 

 

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for items that show any signs of wear or use, including but not limited to stains, stretching, washing, or odors.

 

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our website at WildWoolysRacing.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
